Luxurious Med Spa in New Albany is looking for a full-time Patient Concierge. Hours are Monday through Friday 9a-6pm and alternating Saturdays. Responsible for delighting patients with exceptional customer service; managing large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner; scheduling and rescheduling of patient appointments; intake of patient information, purchases and transactions; completing all calls with 100% accuracy;

ensuring we have the most up to date information for our patients; educating potential and existing patients on treatment and product knowledge; this position is pivotal in achieving patient satisfaction, retention and referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Reveal; delivering on Reveal’s mission of providing each and every patient with VIP treatment each and every phone call.

As first impressions are lasting, it is imperative that our Patient Concierge have an exceptional personality always answering the phone with a smile.
