Senior Human Resources Manager!
What You’ll Be Doing:- Manage and mentor a talented HR team, ensuring goals are met and growth opportunities are maximized.
- Oversee HR systems and processes, including HRIS, recruiting, leave management, and retention strategies.
- Design and deliver training programs that foster inclusion, engagement, and career development.
- Provide guidance on policies, performance management, and employee relations, helping leaders build strong, productive teams.
- Investigate complex issues, recommend solutions, and implement strategies to prevent future problems.
- Use data and trends to create forward-thinking HR programs that support business objectives.
- Working in a collaborative environment where your ideas matter.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7-10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in management.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and HRIS systems.
- PHR certification preferred.
- You’ll have a voice in shaping policies and programs that impact the entire organization!
