Mobile Device Technician

Overview

Compensation: $27 - $30 /hour, depending on experience

Location: New Albany, Ohio

• Support and troubleshoot mobile devices including iPhones and Androids
• Provide technical assistance to end-users
• Maintain and update mobile device inventory
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues
• Ensure devices are configured to company standards

• Proven experience with mobile device support
• Familiarity with iOS and Android operating systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience working in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of mobile device management software
