Pay Rate: $21 - $23.50 HOURLY

• Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
• Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
• Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
• May require an associate's degree in a related area and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision.
• Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

• Must be flexible to alternate FHN and BHN based on business needs.
• All shift alternating 4 days and 3 days per week, 12 hour shifts 6pm-6am.
• Front-Half Nights – From Sunday to Tuesday or through Wednesday.
• Back-Half Nights – From Wednesday to Saturday or Thursday to Saturday.
