Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure Services designs, plans, delivers, and operates all AWS global infrastructure. As a Network Infrastructure Engineer, you will help build Amazon Dedicated Cloud regions, scale network systems, and drive the stability and sustainability of next‑generation networks. You’ll work with internal customers and external vendors to support several data center locations, manage capacity, and deliver high‑quality network solutions.

• Clearly communicate project status and blockers to leadership and project management.
• Perform device build and cabling validation activities.
• Manage cabling vendor activities and perform quality assurance.
• Support Network Engineering deployment activities during scheduled change windows and participate in migrations, including configuration and rollout of new or upgraded hardware.
• Complete customer requests via the Remedy trouble ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot networking, routing, and inter‑connectivity issues, including network device configuration and low‑level application interaction; deliver simple, sustainable, and repeatable solutions.
• Manage work and priorities through the ticketing system, collaborating with stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
• Travel within the geographical work area, up to 40% of the time, and possibly international travel.

• 3+ years of vendor management experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in a data center or other critical environment.
• Experience with vendor management and network equipment installation and configuration.
• US citizenship and current active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility; ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance with polygraph after hire.

• Experience in construction or project management.
• 4+ years of major internet routing protocol experience.

Salary range (Hilliard, OH): $96,000 – $166,300 USD annually; (New Albany, OH): $96,000 – $166,300 USD annually.
