AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. You will join a diverse team of engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, and operations managers to deliver high‑quality network capacity deployments across multiple data centers. The Global Network Delivery organization is hiring a highly motivated Network Deployment Planner to support the Planning and Implementation team within AWS Data Center Delivery.

• Ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Deliver sustainable and repeatable solutions, constantly seeking improvements.
• Collaborate with Install/Deployment Technicians, Supply Chain & Procurement, Network Engineers, and Technical Project Managers to facilitate fast, smooth delivery of on‑demand customer capacity.
• Apply knowledge of network cabling, optic types, and best‑practice cabling infrastructure methodologies.
• Prioritize tasks based on fluctuating needs and manage resources effectively.
• Coordinate design, project timeline, schedule, and construction milestones.
• Apply core project‑management disciplines (scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, critical‑path management).

• 1+ year of computer networking experience.
• 1+ year of Linux operating systems experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience managing network deployment projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds.
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with common networking terms.
• Ability to work in cramped or elevated spaces while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Experience handling customer interactions and working under pressure.
• Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system.
• Experience working in a data center environment (racking, stacking gear, cable management, hot/cold aisle containment).

The base salary range for this position is $30.00 – $54.00 USD hourly. Your package will include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units, and a comprehensive benefits program that includes health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
