AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that keep the cloud running. As a Data Center Technician you will be a primary resolver for your support team, troubleshooting one or more operating systems and managing all but the most complex infrastructure issues.

You will create and maintain documentation on the technologies you support, convey SOPs to junior staff, and act as an escalation point for more senior technicians. You will execute small projects independently and plan larger local projects with your manager.

Position may include rotating shifts and 3‑, 4‑, or 5‑day/night work weeks, with up to 10% travel required. The role is available at one of multiple separate sites in the United States. The candidate must be a U.S. citizen and currently possess and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

• High school or equivalent diploma, or A+, CND (Certified Network Defender), Network+, or Security+
• Current, active U.S. Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above

• Knowledge of hardware platforms
• 1+ years of computer networking experience
• Bachelor's degree in an IT‑related field (e.g., Computer Science, Network Engineering) or experience in professional or military IT‑related roles

Starting pay ranges from 33.00 – 58.00 USD hourly in New Albany, OH. Final starting pay will be based on experience, qualifications, and location.
