Duration: 12-Month Contract

Pay Rate:$135 – $140/hr on W2

Schedule: 12-hour shifts supporting 24/7 operations

Travel: Occasional travel between data center locations may be required

Join a team building one of the largest AI infrastructure initiatives in the world. This role supports the deployment and operational readiness of next-generation data center networking environments powering large-scale AI systems. Rather than performing hands-on network implementation, you will operate at the program level—driving deployment execution, removing blockers, escalating risks, and ensuring cross-functional teams deliver against critical milestones.

This position is ideal for senior network professionals who have evolved beyond traditional engineering responsibilities into technical leadership, deployment oversight, and large-scale infrastructure program execution.

• Drive execution of network deployment programs across large-scale data center environments
• Track deployment readiness, implementation milestones, validation activities, and turnover objectives
• Partner with deployment engineering teams to identify risks, remove blockers, and accelerate delivery
• Lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, operations, infrastructure, and program stakeholders
• Develop and improve deployment processes, operational workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Utilize automation tools, scripting, and workflow improvements to increase operational efficiency
• Monitor deployment progress and communicate status, risks, and escalations to leadership
• Maintain clear documentation of deployment activities, issue resolution, and remediation efforts
• Drive accountability across multiple teams to ensure successful delivery of critical infrastructure milestones
• Identify systemic gaps and implement scalable solutions to improve deployment consistency and reliability

• 10+ years of overall networking, infrastructure, or deployment experience
• Deep experience with network deployment programs in large-scale enterprise or data center environments
• Proven ability to provide program-level leadership
  , ownership, and execution of critical deliverables
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure deployment life cycles and operational readiness processes
• Experience driving cross-functional execution, stakeholder alignment, and escalation management
• Demonstrated success identifying operational gaps and implementing process improvements
• Experience leveraging automation, scripting, orchestration, or automation frameworks to improve efficiency
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals including:
  Routing, Switching, Network redundancy ,
  Troubleshooting methodologies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities
• Willingness to support a shift-based operational model with 24/7 coverage requirements

Candidates with the following backgrounds will be highly competitive:

• Experience supporting large-scale data center deployments
• Experience with hyperscale infrastructure environments
• Background working at major technology organizations such as:
• Google
• Amazon
• Microsoft
• Oracle
• Prior experience leading deployment programs or overseeing deployment engineering teams
• Experience supporting Tier 2 providers building large-scale data centers
• Experience with in Fortune 100 organizations operating extensive network infrastructure
• Strong understanding of network deployment automation frameworks and operational tooling
