Paralegal

Description

We are looking for an Estate and Probate Paralegal to join a prominent law firm in the New Albany area to support attorneys with estate administration and probate matters. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and file probate court documents and pleadings

+ Assist with estate administration and case management

+ Draft correspondence and basic legal documents

+ Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties

+ Maintain calendars, deadlines, and organized case files

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Prior experience in estate planning and/or probate preferred

+ Strong organizational and time-management skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software
