Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. The Undergraduate Co‑op at Amgen offers students the opportunity to gain industry experience while completing their studies. The part‑time co‑op runs from May 2026 to May 2027 at our New Albany, OH site. In conjunction with project work, you will have the opportunity for professional development through training sessions, one‑on‑one mentoring, and various networking events.
ResponsibilitiesMay Include
- Working with the engineering, maintenance, and manufacturing teams on packaging line commercial support, and commissioning and qualification support of new packaging lines, leveraging your analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Working cross‑functionally to identify problems, measure the current state, and develop, present, and implement recommendations.
- Networking with colleagues across the company and enjoying full access to Amgen's Employee Resource Groups.
- 18 years or older.
- Currently enrolled in a full‑time Associate’s Degree program from an accredited college or university with a 3.0 minimum GPA or equivalent.
- Completion of one year of study from an accredited college or university prior to the internship commencing.
- Enrolled in a full‑time Associate’s Degree program following the potential internship or co‑op assignment with an accredited college or university.
- Must not be employed at the time the co‑op starts.
- Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the co‑op.
- Degree concentration in Engineering;
Mechanical, Electrical, or related degree. - Previous co‑op or internship experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, project management, problem‑solving, analytical and quantitative skills.
- Demonstrated personal initiative, self‑motivation, flexibility and adaptability.
- Proven leadership experience on campus (e.g., projects, clubs, organizations, sports).

The base pay range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $24.70‑$28.30 per hour.
