Operations Associate

Draft Kings is seeking an Operations Associate to support Transportation & Logistics in our Casino & Gaming operations. You'll coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, track inventory, and ensure timely delivery of gaming equipment and supplies. Partnering with internal teams and external vendors, you'll manage schedules, resolve delivery issues, and maintain accurate records in our logistics systems. You will analyze transportation data to improve efficiency, support compliance with gaming and safety regulations, and contribute to process improvements in a collaborative, tech-driven environment that values innovation and growth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of gaming equipment and supplies
• Monitor and track deliveries to ensure on-time performance
• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records in TMS/WMS/ERP systems
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues
• Support compliance with gaming, transportation, and safety regulations
• Analyze transportation and logistics data to identify efficiency gains
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements
• Prepare regular status reports on shipments, costs, and KPIs
• Support logistics planning for special events and peak periods
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
