Position Summary

As a Site Tech, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of cleaning projects from inception to completion. You'll be entrusted with various responsibilities, including learning and understanding Data Center environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Follow directions from Supervisor and/or Team Lead

Clean, chemically treat, and vacuum physical surfaces within a construction, technical, or GMP environment

Perform subfloor vacuuming and wiping

Perform drop ceiling vacuuming and wiping

Clean outside of cabinets

Vacuum and mop floor surfaces (vinyl and HPL floors)

Dust furniture, walls, machines, or hardware

Clean windows, glass allotments, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
Ability to pass criminal background check and substance screening
Reliable transportation
Comfortable working in construction environments and operating machinery (forklifts, scissor lifts, etc.)
Comfortable working at heights and in small spaces
Valid government-issued
Knowledge of Data Centers

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience as a Cleaner/Janitor
OSHA 10/30 Certification
