Project Manager – Security Installation (Data Center)

Loyal Source is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large‑scale Security Installation Project within an active data center construction environment in New Albany, Ohio. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to drive complex, deadline‑driven projects to successful completion.

Pay Rate
: $100,000 / year

• Lead and manage a large security installation project within an active construction site.
• Provide proactive communication to stakeholders, including regular updates and timely escalation of issues.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure on‑time execution.
• Hold team members accountable to project standards, timelines, and safety requirements.
• Maintain organized project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment.

• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex, deadline‑driven projects in the low‑voltage industry

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and enforce accountability.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working on an active construction site

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  .

• PMP certification
