$140,000 – $170,000 annually

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex structured cabling and integrated systems projects from initiation through successful closeout.

This is a great opportunity for a strong project leader with a background in telecommunications, structured cabling, low voltage, or integrated systems who is comfortable managing large-scale projects, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.

What You’ll Do:

Lead projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and contract requirements are met
Manage project resources, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
Develop and execute installation strategies using industry best practices
Manage different contract types, including Lump Sum, GMP/Cost Plus, Unit Price, Design-Build/Design-Assist, and Time & Material
Identify change events and drive effective change management
Partner closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
Monitor project performance and proactively address risks, schedule impacts, and resource needs

What We’re Looking For:

7–10+ years of experience managing structured cabling and/or integrated systems projects
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
Strong experience managing complex construction or telecommunications projects
Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, budgets, schedules, and contractual requirements
Knowledge of construction technology platforms, quality standards, and safety requirements
Strong understanding of change management and project controls
BICSI RCDD, BICSI RTPM, or PMP is preferred
Additional BICSI certifications are a plus
Willingness and ability to travel overnight as required
