Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Regional Manager - NAO in New Albany, OH. The Regional Manager (NAO) provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for mission-critical infrastructure projects within the assigned region. This role is responsible for driving regional growth, managing P&L performance, and ensuring project delivery excellence across all data center and telecommunications sites.

Annual Salary: $160,000 to $195,000 Annually BOE
Responsibilities:- Provide executive oversight for all regional operations, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Manage the regional P&L, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to achieve profitability targets.
- Drive regional business development efforts and maintain high-level relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of project managers, site leads, and field personnel to ensure professional growth and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate safety programs and regulatory compliance across all regional job sites.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term strategic plans for the North American Operations region.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to mitigate project risks or operational variances.
- Oversee regional procurement and supply chain coordination to ensure material and labor readiness for complex deployments.
- Facilitate regular communication between field operations and corporate support departments to streamline workflows.
- Represent the company in regional industry organizations and client steering committees.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management or operations leadership.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-million dollar portfolios within the data center or telecommunications sectors.
- Strong financial acumen with extensive experience in P&L management and operational budgeting.
- Technical knowledge of structured cabling, mission-critical infrastructure, and low-voltage systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale large, geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
- Experience with project management software and CRM tools to track regional performance.
- Regularly required to stand, sit, and use hands/fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
- Ability to travel frequently to various regional job sites and client locations.
- Must be able to navigate active construction sites, which may include climbing stairs or walking on uneven terrain.
- May occasionally lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required for computer-based reporting and site inspections.
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $160,000 to $195,000 annually, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
