Bechtel is building a semiconductor manufacturing plant in New Albany, Ohio. We are partnering with the North America Building Trades Unions and suppliers to create several thousand new jobs and work with local education organizations to implement new training programs that will support the future talent pipeline. The Room Completions Manager is a key leadership position within the Startup and Commissioning (CSU) organization for a large-scale semiconductor manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Startup Manager, this role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the room completion, turnover, and handover process across fabrication, cleanroom, utility, and support building areas.

The Room Completions Manager serves as the primary interface between Construction, Quality, Engineering, Commissioning, Operations, and Client teams to ensure rooms and associated systems achieve completion status in accordance with project requirements and are ready to support commissioning, qualification, startup, and operational handover.

The successful candidate will lead a team of completions coordinators and specialists, drive workflow execution through digital completions systems, and ensure all documentation, inspections, punch items, certifications, and turnover packages are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
