Solvent Coater Associate

Immediately Hiring! Starting Pay is $27.47 + shift differential. 2nd Shift 2:15pm - 10:15pm.

The Solvent Coater Operator is responsible for the safe setup, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of coating equipment used in the manufacturing process. This position ensures quality products are produced efficiently while following safety, quality, and production standards.

• Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot solvent coating equipment.
• Weigh, mix, and handle raw materials according to batch instructions and work procedures.
• Load and unload material rolls and finish products as required.
• Perform equipment cleaning, changeovers, and operator-level preventive maintenance.
• Monitor coating quality and identify nonconforming material or process issues.
• Conduct inspections, quality checks, and document production data.
• Safely handle chemicals, solvents, and other hazardous materials while following PPE requirements.
• Operate hoist and other material handling equipment authorized.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area utilizing 6S and housekeeping standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support production goals.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Assist other production areas and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn new processes and support team objectives.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
