Bright Innovation Labs is seeking a Compounding Supervisor to oversee the Compounding Department, directing daily activities to ensure accurate, timely production of bulk materials per SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
You will supervise compounders and material handlers, manage schedules, and drive KPI achievement while maintaining safety and quality. Prior manufacturing and leadership experience required;
Lean/Six Sigma and FDA environment experience preferred.
