Warehouse Lead - 1st & 2nd shift - Saturday and Sunday Only!

Join our team as an Warehouse/Material Control Leadand help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently! You’ll lead activity on the shipping/receiving docks, pre-weigh compounding and production floor, and direct the activities of shift employees to support the proprieties of the Material Control Department.

• Perform reviews and reconcile SAP transactions and reports
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in SAP
• Identify, develop and deliver training on SOPs and Work Instructions
• Operates powered industrial equipment (PIT) in accordance with established safety procedures, completes daily checklists and notifies the proper individuals of needed repairs.
• Secures and maintains all necessary safety equipment and follows established safety procedures.
• Supports shipping and receiving by staging material, and loading and unloading trucks.
• Supports production by picking and staging components for production, and processing finished goods into inventory.
• Recommending process improvements for inventory management
• Maintaining clean and compliant work areas per GMP and safety standards

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating powered industrial equipment in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
• SAP experience
• Previous leadership experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a positive mindset
