Infection Control and Wound Nurse

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Infection Control and Wound Nurse to lead prevention, assessment, and treatment programs in our senior living and long-term care communities. In this RN role, you'll manage infection control initiatives, perform comprehensive wound evaluations, develop and monitor care plans, and educate staff on evidence-based practices. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, ensure regulatory compliance, and support quality improvement in a compassionate, growth-focused environment that values teamwork and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead infection prevention and wound care programs for senior residents
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor wound healing
• Implement and audit infection control protocols and PPE practices
• Educate staff on infection prevention, wound care, and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team on care plans
• Track, report, and analyze infection and wound outcomes
• Ensure regulatory and documentation compliance (state, federal, facility)
• Participate in quality improvement and staff training initiatives
