You will lead the implementation, verification, and continuous improvement of HACCP and food safety programs, ensuring compliance with USDA-FSIS regulations, GMPs, SSOPs, and customer requirements.
You will supervise HACCP Technicians, review monitoring records, initiate corrective actions, and drive audits and training to maintain certification and product safety across operations.
