POSITION OVERVIEW

ADB is seeking Quality Manager to drive accountability and ensure project-level deliverables that meet ADB’s quality standards. This role will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes for complex, multi-disciplined projects. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of delivering and executing large-scale construction projects with impeccable quality, with a strong work ethic and an ALL IN mindset to drive results.

ROLES

AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead overall project quality performance across complex, multi-disciplined construction projects
  • Ensure all work meets company quality standards, customer expectations, and contractual requirements
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and quality reviews to identify gaps or non-conformance issues
  • Partner with project management, engineering, and field operations teams to drive quality outcomes
  • Provide quality guidance and support during project planning, execution, and closeout activities
  • Facilitate communication between teams regarding quality expectations, findings, and resolutions
  • Mentor field personnel and project teams on quality standards and best practices
  • Maintain responsibility for overall project quality performance and customer satisfaction outcomes
  • Provide project management teams with updates on project quality status, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain organized records to support customer reviews, audits, and project closeout requirements
  • Serve as an informal leader of field team members, driving quality and communicating issues to Supervisors and Construction Managers
  • Drives team KPI’s to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard success
  • Upholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed
