POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADB is seeking a Quality Inspector to conduct quality inspections on data center projects to ensure that all materials, installations, and systems within data center projects meet established quality standards and technical specifications. This role performs inspections, documents findings, and collaborates with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues, helping maintain operational excellence, compliance, and safety across all phases of data center construction and maintenance.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct on-site inspections of data center installations, Hyper-scale splicing, equipment, and materials to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Identify defects, deviations, or non-conforming work and report findings to project managers or quality leads
• Document inspection results, maintain logs, and provide detailed reports for management and client review
• Collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions and verify their effectiveness
• Support quality assurance programs by providing feedback on processes, procedures, and potential improvements
• Perform pre-commissioning and final acceptance inspections to ensure all systems meet operational requirements
• Monitor adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance during inspections
• Work with vendors and subcontractors to address quality concerns and reinforce standards
• Uphold ADB’s safety culture, leads by example and drives the philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed
