Job Description:

Join our team as a Team Leader at Moo Moo Express Car Wash and start earning $17.50 per hour. In this role you will support the site’s operations, deliver outstanding customer service, boost sales growth, and uphold stringent quality standards.

• Support the site’s facility and operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and boost sales growth.
• Maintain rigorous quality standards and perform accurate Quality Control checks.
• Educate customers about the Unlimited Wash Club and engage them pre‑ and post‑wash to achieve 100% satisfaction.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process.
• Drive team performance to exceed service standards.
• Lead the team in achieving and sustaining high‑quality service.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.
• Aspires for excellence and consistently sets an example through leadership.
• Demonstrates flexibility in working hours, including weekends.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift.
• Works on your feet for an entire shift in a fast‑paced environment.
• Can work outside in all weather conditions and lift up to 25 lbs.
