National Indoor RV Centers is actively seeking an experienced Sales Consultant. We are a premier full‑service RV company that values lasting relationships with our employees, customers and the community. We continue to grow fast and look for individuals eager to become a long‑term valued member of our NIRVC family. Experienced Sales Consultants earn six‑figure salaries ($90K‑$200K annually).

• Five facility locations:
  Dallas, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Nashville, and Atlanta
• Full‑service facility from sales to RV preparation for customers’ next trip
• Expanding and building brand new, state‑of‑the‑art stores
• Culture of mentorship where everyone helps, promotes, and cares about one another

Meets sales goals utilizing RV sales best practices and company guidelines.

• Willing to learn RV sales and up‑sell techniques
• Basic knowledge or ability to quickly learn:
  Salesforce, Internet searches, and Microsoft Outlook systems

• Positive welcoming attitude
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Polished presentation
• Ability to work inside and outside the office in all weather conditions
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Knowledge of recreational vehicle operations
• Great communication skills
• Relationship builder
• Ability to work well with others

• Driver’s license
• Sales experience
• Customer service experience
