• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company goals
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners
• Analyze sales data and trends to uncover new growth opportunities
• Assist and coordinate NHOP activities
• Maintain standardized sales policies and procedures
• Manage LNR Accounts & Groups effectively
• Establish and nurture relationships with each CVB and Chamber
• Ensure Monthly Action Plans are executed by Sales Associates

• Proven track record in sales with consistent achievement of targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to perform overnight travel
• Strong knowledge of all local areas
• High school degree or equivalent

• Flexible schedule with 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, and weekend availability
