What You'll Do

• Recruit and build a team of high-performing sales reps
• Train and mentor new hires to top-producer status
• Generate leads through multiple prospecting channels
• Confirm customer understanding and provide additional education as needed
• Prepare accurate work outlines for homeowners
• Keep communication tight across your team to protect service quality

What You Bring

• Proven track record of sales success in a leadership or mentoring capacity
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Roofing sales experience (retail or insurance) strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Comfort managing multiple priorities and people at once
