• Generate and manage leads while converting inquiries into tours and move-ins.
• Conduct community tours and guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
• Follow up consistently with prospects, address concerns, and overcome objections related to senior living options.
• Support occupancy goals by maintaining accurate sales records, implementing marketing strategies, and collaborating with community leaders to ensure smooth resident transitions.

• Proven sales, business development, or admissions experience
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience managing leads and maintaining a consistent follow-up process
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and close opportunities

• Senior Living, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, Hospice, Healthcare Admissions, or Healthcare Sales experience
• Experience working with occupancy goals, move-in targets, or commission-based performance metrics
• CRM or applicant tracking system experience
• Bachelor's Degree
