• Provide customer service at the front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
• Control access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to the appropriate areas.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and other access control systems from the desk, documenting unusual activity and escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and public responders when required.
• Complete shift reports, incident documentation, and visitor and contractor logs accurately, supporting compliance requirements common to utilities locations.

• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
