Security Officer Access Driver Enhanced Part Time

Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
  You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program:
  In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site‑specific access control procedures, screening protocols, and security‑related policies at an industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor access as directed, and document arrivals, departures, and other access activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, gates, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or conditions that may require reporting or follow‑up.

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required (in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements).
• Age: at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
