Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a utilities location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, and perimeter zones to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or potential hazards;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials where required, and help to support authorized access control practices in accordance with site protocols;
Communicate clearly with site personnel, visitors, and first responders when needed, while completing routine logs, incident reports, and other assigned documentation
