🚧🔧 OSP Data Center Foreman – New Albany, OH
📍 Contract-to-Hire | 💲 $38–$43/hr (BOE)
Leapros Skilled Trades is hiring an experienced OSP Data Center Foreman to lead large-scale infrastructure builds in New Albany, OH.
🔹 Key Responsibilities- 👷 Lead multiple crews and report directly to the Project Manager
- 📊 Oversee productivity, safety, quality, and project milestones
- 🤝 Coordinate with Field Engineers and trade partners
- 📋 Manage labor, materials, and project documentation
- 🔌 Ensure copper & fiber installs meet customer standards
- 🚀 Support deployments, live site work, and new technology integration
- ✅ 5+ years of data center cabling/infrastructure experience
- 💪 Strong leadership and crew management skills
- 🔎 Experience with copper & fiber installs, terminations, and testing
- 📐 Ability to read blueprints and port maps
- 🎓 BICSI, FOA, CFTT, CFI or equivalent preferred
- 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 🏗️ Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in active build environments
- 🇺🇸 Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- 💰 Competitive pay based on experience.
