Join Next Level Technician as a Low Voltage Foreman supporting commercial projects in New Albany, Ohio

• Supervise and direct onsite teams of 3-5 low voltage technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards
• Manage daily project tasks to meet deadlines and stay within budget
• Oversee and perform installation, termination, dressing, and labeling of CAT5e/CAT6 cabling
• Conduct cable testing using industry-standard equipment (Fluke or similar)
• Punch down voice and data jacks, ensuring secure and reliable connections
• Install and terminate racks, patch panels, cable trays, cabinets, MDF/IDF, workstation outlets, and fire stopping materials
• Interpret and work from blueprints, system layouts, and technical drawings
• Safely operate ladders and lifts of all sizes (must be comfortable working at heights)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site as needed

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on commercial or industrial low voltage experience
• Proven experience leading crews or supervising installation teams
• Strong working knowledge of telecom and data network infrastructure
• BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications highly preferred
• Manufacturer certifications are a plus
• Must possess basic hand tools and required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi‑vis vest, steel‑toe boots)
• Willingness to travel to job sites within the New Albany, OH area as needed
