• Beginner: Safety, tools, basic tasks
• Intermediate: More repairs, less supervision
• Advanced: Complex work, ready for permanent role

• + $1 per hour at Intermediate
• + $1 per hour at Advanced
• Final increase when hired permanently

• Appliance repair
• Apartment turns
• Groundskeeping Preventative maintenance
• Customer service
• Safety procedures

• Valid driver’s license required
• Travel to nearby sister properties for training
• Reliable attendance
