Trillium Construction is seeking fiber installers near New Albany, OH. Scope of work includes installing fiber optic and low-voltage cabling in data center environments, pulling, routing, dressing, and securing fiber and copper cabling per TIA/EIA standards, installing cable trays, ladder racks, conduits, and raceways, terminating basic fiber connectors under supervision, labeling cables, patch panels, and enclosures accurately, assisting with fiber testing activities, following installation drawings, blueprints, and work orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization of data center spaces, complying with safety requirements and site-specific protocols, and supporting technicians and leads during splicing and testing operations.

Pay: $30 - $31.50 depending on experience. Per diem: $110/day for all 7 days after working the required schedule.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in commercial low voltage, OSHA 10/30, FOA CFOT + CFOS/T (Testing) or CFOS/S (Splicing), ETA FOT-OSP or FOT-ISP, BICSI Technician (TECH) or BICSI Installer 2 (INST2), Fusion Splicing Certification (manufacturer or FOA/ETA), Advanced Fiber Testing Credentials (OTDR trace analysis), NICET Level II–III (ITS or Low Voltage), Fluke Advanced Fiber Certification, tools of the trade, able to pass pre-employment screenings.
