Location: New Albany, OH (Columbus Area)
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00/hr
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Duration: 6 Months with potential for permanent hire
? Schedule: Monday-Saturday
Must be open to 1st or 2nd Shift 10-hour days Overtime available
What You'll Be Doing
As a Cable Installer, you'll work alongside experienced technicians building out network infrastructure inside a large-scale data center environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Pulling, dressing, and labeling Cat5e and Cat6 cabling
- Assisting with structured cabling installations
- Learning RJ45 terminations and patch panel installations
- Performing basic punch-downs on telecommunications systems
- Assisting with cable testing using Fluke and EXFO equipment
- Supporting fiber cable routing and cable management
- Installing and organizing cable pathways and infrastructure
- Following safety procedures and site requirements
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Working closely with senior technicians and project leads
Candidates do not need extensive low-voltage experience. The client is primarily looking for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
