OverviewSubzero Engineering is seeking an experienced Installer to join our team in New Albany, OH. This position works on active data center construction sites installing Hot and Cold Aisle Containment Systems in mission-critical environments. Construction experience is preferred; however, candidates with strong hands‑on experience in assembly, installation, mechanical work, HVAC, electrical, manufacturing, low‑voltage, cabling, or related trades will be considered.

Responsibilities- Install hot and cold aisle containment systems on active data center construction sites.
- Perform measuring, drilling, assembling, and installation tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and installation instructions.
- Troubleshoot installation issues alongside the Installation Lead.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow customer and site-specific safety requirements.
- Complete OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 training (provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Represent the company professionally on customer job sites.
- Construction, installation, assembly, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, manufacturing, or related hands‑on experience.
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints preferred.
- Experience operating a forklift and/or scissor lift preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to safety.
- Ability to bend, lift, kneel, crawl, twist, reach, and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced construction environment.
