Position Details- Hourly position based upon experience & skill level
- Contract with possible contract extension or hire
- Standard work hours:
Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm (subject to change and requires flexibility for after hours and some weekends if project demands) - Location:
Onsite - Customer Site in New Albany, OH - Openness to travel and support other sites within the U.S. as needed
Install, test, service, and decommission structured cabling systems including fiber optics, copper, communications, and otherlow voltage systems.
Build and remove cabinets, racks, cable trays, pathways, and related data center infrastructure.
Perform physical installations and removals with precision, safety, and attention to detail.
Follow all Company and customer safety standards to ensure an

environment.Uphold quality, production, and industry best practices in every installation.
Maintain a clean, organized, andhazard-freework area to support efficient and safe operations.
Read and follow project drawings, specifications, and manufacturer guidelines.
Apply broad understanding of structured cabling installation, routing, labeling, and commissioning.
Ensure installations meet design intent, customer requirements, and industry standards.
Work as a proactive member of the team, supporting less experienced technicians and sharing knowledge.
Help plan materials, tools, and tasks to keep projects moving smoothly.
Communicate clearly with supervisors, teammates, and customer representatives.
Ability to follow instructions carefully while working with strong independence.
Comfortable teaching and learning frompeers;contributes positively to team culture.
Able to distinguish color for cable identification.
Proficient with telecom and construction hand tools,safely and effectively.
Thrives in afast paced, changing environment whilemaintaininga positive, professional attitude.
Highly reliable— shows up on time, prepared, and ready to work.
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Willingness to workdays, nights, weekends, or overtime based on project needs.

Reads, writes, and understands English; reliable daily transportation required.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
3–5 years
of telecom/structured cabling experience (data center experience a strong plus).OSHA
10 preferred (must obtain within 90 days).First Aid/CPR certification within
90 days.FOA certifications, BICSI cabling certifications, or similar credentials preferred.
This is an active,hands-onrole inside data centers and technology rich environments.
You will:
Work primarily
indoors
, with occasional outdoor tasks.Experience moderate noise levels typical of construction and data center settings.
