Lifeguard - Summer Season

Looking for a fun summer job where you can work outdoors, build responsibility, and earn great pay? Join our Lifeguard team at New Albany Country Club and spend your summer poolside at one of Central Ohio’s premier private clubs.

• Watch swimmers and help keep everyone safe

• Enforce pool rules in a friendly, professional way

• Respond quickly and calmly to emergencies

• Assist members and guests when needed

• Help keep the pool deck clean, safe, and organized

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Strong swimming skills and alertness

• Positive attitude and good communication skills

• Lifeguard Certification, CPR & First Aid

  • Certification available through the Club for $137.50 (fully refundable after completing required hours)

• Must be available weekends and holidays

• Typical summer hours include daytime, evenings, and special event coverage

• Flexible scheduling within summer availability

• $15/hour competitive pay

• Work outside in a fun, team-oriented environment
