Towne Park - Up to $20.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Shuttle guests to appropriate places approved by manager and client contact; learn and remember pick-up and destination points;
Communicate by telephone, two-way radio and in person in a courteous, friendly and professional manner; greet guests within 30 seconds;
Inspect vehicle before each shift for proper operation and report malfunctions or damage;
Assist patrons with entering and exiting the vehicle and check wheelchairs for safe operation; assist with luggage and mobility devices as applicable;
Protect guest confidentiality and maintain security of client information; comply with HIPAA requirements
