6am‑2:30pm on Thursday and Friday; 6am‑6:30pm Saturday and Sunday.

Under the direction of the shift supervisor and/or the shift team leader, the CDL Shuttle Driver will be responsible for the loading and delivery of products to/from the plant to the warehouse in a manner consistent with all safety, quality, and operational work instructions.

• Safely operate the shuttle vehicle on each trip and follow all applicable laws and company policy.
• Maintain records of trailer numbers and vehicle positions.
• Interact daily with warehouse supervisors and comply with warehouse safety requirements.
• Communicate using cellular telephone or 2‑way radio with operations and warehouse personnel in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions, following signals from the loading crew, and place safety wheel chocks to prevent trailer roll‑over. Use jack stands appropriately when required.
• Properly use Airline/Electrical hookup and backing procedures.
• Follow all company policies, guidelines, and quality procedures.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment daily.
• Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse and yard.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Class B CDL license or higher (required).
• Clean driving record.
• Completion of a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) for tractor‑trailer operation.
• Basic computer skills.
• English (reading, writing, verbal).
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months (mild to moderate).
  Ability to read and follow manufacturer’s instruction manuals.
  Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or within a group.
  Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
  Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast‑paced work environment.

Occasional bending; frequent walking and standing; constant sitting. Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull 11‑20 pounds; reach above shoulder, squat, or kneel.
