McLane is hiring a Trainee Component Driver in Ohio to build a lasting CDL-A career. You will train on tractor-trailer operation, manage delivery paperwork, and ensure safe, on-time delivery to customers. Training pay starts at $21/hour with rapid progression.
After training, you can earn $90,000–$95,000 annually, with day-1 medical, dental, and vision coverage and a $5,000 trainee retention bonus, plus retirement and other benefits.
