Location:

USA - New Albany, Briscoe Parkway

• 1A: 6am to 6:30pm, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday
• 1B: 6am to 6:30pm, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday
• 2A: 6pm to 6:30am, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday ($2.50 shift differential)
• 2B: 6pm to 6:30am, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday ($2.50 shift differential)

• Receiving/Put-Away: Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Input data accurately into WMS. Efficiently stack and store product in appropriate area. Maintain an organized work area.
• Order Picking: Pull and prepare for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type. Perform picking duties efficiently to meet customer service standards. Prepare freight accurately and timely.
• Quality: Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances.
• Delivery: Efficiently move product from staging/storage to production lines/docks. Proper documentation must accompany freight.
• Inventory: Keep records and reports to guarantee tight inventory control and security. Assist in physical inventories and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance: Maintain a clean, neat, orderly work area and assist in warehouse security. Comply with all SOPs, corporate and site-specific policies.
• Equipment Operation: Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products using forklift, clamp truck, drum attachment, or other power equipment. Maintain equipment neat and clean. Inspect and perform minor maintenance daily. Operate safely and efficiently. Maintain active forklift certification.
• Maintenance: Perform or assist in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.
• Other Duties: Change forklift fuel tanks as needed, participate in physical inventories, label, sort, wrap, pack, repack. Repair pallets, trailers, truck bays. Maintain a clean safe environment. Work overtime as business requires.

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED. Minimum 6 months logistics/distribution experience. Able to operate MHE. Work in unregulated temperatures ranging from mild to moderate.
• Certificates: Completion of a forklift training program.

  Basic computer skills, use of RF scanners, WMS functions.

  Basic to intermediate level for verifying quantities, counting inventory.
• Other: Strong attention to detail, minimal supervision, adapt to change in fast‑paced environment.

• 1–2 years warehouse/logistics/distribution experience.
• 1–2 years forklift experience.
• Current or prior MHE certification.

• Occasionally:
  Handling/Fingering, Sitting.
• Frequently:
  Bending.
• Constantly:
  Walking and standing. Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 21–50 lbs, reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel.

Rarely exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. Noise level is usually low to moderate.
