Warehouse Operations Leader

• Supervise daily operations including labor management and planning

• Conduct staff meetings for daily/weekly work activities

• Ensure safety and profitability of operations

• Manage workforce training and evaluations

• Plan and assign daily work schedules

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years experience in logistics/distribution
• 1 year in a supervisory role
• MHE certification preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with RF Scanners and WMS functions
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules
