Forklift Driver (6pm - 6am)

Base pay: $23/hr + shift differential as listed below.

• 2A: 6pm to 6:30am, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday — $2.50 shift differential for 2nd shift
• 2B: 6pm to 6:30am, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday — $2.50 shift differential for 2nd shift

• Receiving/Put‑Away: Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations; input data accurately into WMS; efficiently stack and store product; maintain an organized work area.
• Order Picking: Pull and prepare for shipment, ensuring the exact quantity; perform picking duties efficiently meeting customer service standards; prepare freight accurately and on time.
• Quality: Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage; report quality variances.
• Delivery: Move product from staging to production or docks efficiently; ensure documentation accompanies freight.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain clean, orderly workspace; comply with SOPs and policies; inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment; maintain active forklift certification.
• Maintenance & Other Duties: Assist with building, grounds, and equipment maintenance; change fuel tanks on forklifts; help maintain clean, safe work environment; perform other duties as required; work overtime as dictated.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Ability to operate MHE.
• Comfortable working in warehouse temperatures ranging from mild to moderate.
• Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program.

• 1-2 years’ experience in a warehouse/logistics/distribution environment.
• 1-2 years forklift experience.
• Current or prior MHE certification.

• Basic computer skills, including RF scanners and WMS functions.
• Basic to intermediate mathematical skills for inventory verification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Adaptability to change and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Walking and standing
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 21-50 pounds
• Reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel

Low to moderate noise level; rare exposure to fumes or chemicals.

Base pay: $23.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, education, certification and location.
