Distribution Facilities Supervisor

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a Distribution Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our retail distribution center. This role manages warehouse staff, monitors inventory flow, coordinates shipping/receiving, and ensures efficient, accurate order fulfillment for stores and e commerce. You'll implement safety, quality, and 5S standards, partner with cross functional teams, and use KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience in distribution, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment aligned with our inclusive, customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the distribution facility to support retail and e-commerce fulfillment
• Supervise, schedule, and coach warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality goals
• Monitor inventory movement, shipping, and receiving to ensure accurate, timely order processing
• Enforce safety, security, and 5
• S/housekeeping standards across all facility areas
• Track and analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement in throughput and accuracy
• Coordinate with transportation, planning, and store operations teams to resolve issues
• Implement process improvements and standard operating procedures within the facility
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback for distribution center staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in the warehouse
