We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Baltimore, Michigan.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner.

• Standing: most tasks are performed from a standing position.
• Walking: surfaces include ceramic tile, bricks, and linoleum; height of work surfaces is between 36 and 48 inches.
• Lifting: deliver and lift bulk product deliveries of up to 50 pounds and dimensions up to 3' x 1.5'.
• Carrying: large cans (3 pounds, 7 ounces) and pizza sauce (30 pounds); trays of pizza dough approximately 12 pounds.
• Pushing: move trays on dollies, requiring up to 7.5 pounds force.
• Climbing: infrequently navigate stairs or ladders.
• Forward bending at waist: required at pizza assembly station; can last 30-45 seconds repeatedly.
• Reaching: above 72 inches occasionally; reaching down to perform tasks such as scooping cornmeal from a barrel.
• Crouching/Squatting: occasional when stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
• Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination essential; continuous use of hands, forearms, wrists; forceful pinching required when assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
• Machines/Tools/Equipment: use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutters, pizza peel.
