We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Baltimore, Michigan.

As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management
• Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills
• Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining a supportive and customer-focused attitude

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed

Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and hand tasks are all part of this position.

Team members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
