Are you a skilled CNC Operator/Programmer with a passion for creating precision parts and components? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a talented and experienced CNC Operator/Programmer with a strong background in HAAS control systems. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers the chance to work on a variety of challenging projects, using state-of-the-art machinery and technology.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Operating and programming CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
  • Understanding specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
  • Translating instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
  • Preparing and loading raw materials and parts onto the machines.
  • Supervising the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
  • Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet requirements.
  • Testing operation of machines periodically to guarantee their smooth running.
  • Maintaining machinery daily to ensure functionality.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing machine problems.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
    • Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Operator/Programmer.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience with CNC programming and operations.
  • Proficiency in using HAAS control systems.
  • The ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
  • A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach.
  • Good communication abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot as needed.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent. A degree from a technical college would be a plus.
