Key duties:- Perform all tasks safely, using applicable PPE.
- Read the production board and blend sheets for instructions.
- Fill out all necessary paperwork correctly and completely.
- Operate extruders for maximum production with minimum scrap and downtime.
- Perform clean out from previous product.
- Input proper equipment set up.
- Bring raw materials to the extruder.
- Cross‑train as available.
- 1 year extrusion experience preferred.
- Plastics experience required.
- Steel‑toe boots required.
- Reliable attendance and transportation.
